Engraved German Suhl Drilling Combination Gun.
Unserialized, 16 gauge and .44 calibers, 25 1/2-inch damascus barrels with fixed front sight and rear folding leaf sights. Elaborately scroll, floral and game scene engraved locks, hammers, lever, breech and upper tang, each with decorative gilt accents. Dual triggers. Checkered walnut straight stock and fore-end. Sling swivels. Checkered metal buttplate with hinged storage compartment. Original brass museum inventory tag attached: J.M. DAVIS / 8508 / MEMORIAL.
Sold to Benefit The JM Davis Collection at the JM Davis Arms and Historical Museum.

Condition: Very good. Overall showing normal age, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Heavy scuffs and dings present to wood. Trivial adhesive stain to right side of stock. Action good. Moderately pitted bores.
