Serial no. 353 [lever], 16 gauge and .41 caliber, 26-inch barrels with fixed front sight and rear folding leaf sight. Etched floral and game to receiver, triggerguard, upper tang and breech. Dual triggers. Checkered walnut straight stock and splinter fore-end. Sling swivels. Checkered metal buttplate with hinged compartment. Original brass museum inventory tag attached: J.M. DAVIS / 3417 / MEMORIAL.
Sold to Benefit The JM Davis Collection at the JM Davis Arms and Historical Museum.

Condition: Very good. Overall showing normal age, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Noticeable scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Strong bores.
