Description
Engraved Italian Renato Gamba Model Ambassador Double Barrel Shotgun.Serial no. 30627 [receiver, barrels and lower tang], 12 gauge, 28 1/4-inch barrels with textured rib and white bead fixed front sight. Blued finish. Top of barrels marked: BY RENATO GAMBA / MANNLICHER MOD. AMBASSADOR / MADE IN ITALY. Elaborately scroll and floral engraved receiver, lever and triggerguard. Single trigger. Checkered walnut straight stock and splinter fore-end. Checkered butt. Length of pull: 14 7/8-inches. Weight: 7-pounds.
Condition: Very good to excellent. Overall showing light handling wear. Some scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. Crisp action. Bright bores. Collection of a Southern Gentleman.
