Description
Engraved German Rosch Steyer & Co. Double Barrel Percussion Shotgun.Unserialized, 12 gauge, 31 1/2-inch damascus barrels with fixed front bead sight. Top of barrels marked: ROSCHE STEYER & CO. SUHL. Dual triggers. Elaborately scroll and game scene engraved receiver, underlever, hammers and triggerguard. Checkered walnut straight stock and splinter fore-end. Sling swivels. Cheekrest. Metal buttplate.
Condition: Very good. Overall showing honest handling wear, age and fine patches of pitting. Noticeable scuffs and dings present to wood. Actions good. Lightly pitted bores.
