20 gauge Winchester Model 21 Field Grade Double Barrel Shotgun Two Barrel Set. Serial no. 19074. 20 gauge. 28 and 26-inch barrels with matted concave ribs. Blued side panel boxlock action. Ejectors. Blued single selective trigger. Finely checkered, 22 lines per inch, pistolgrip stock of well-figured walnut. Flat knob. Maker's red rubber recoil pad. Beavertail fore-end with diamond checkering pattern. Later canvas and leather trunk case with green baize interior and brass hardware. Leather maker's label.Data: Barrel Dimensions 26-inch barrels: Bores: 0.613/0.613 inches Chambers: 2 3/4 inches Chokes: 0.007/0.014 inches (Improved Cylinder/Modified). Data: Barrel Dimensions 28-inch barrels: Bores: 0.614/0.614 inches. Chambers: 2 3/4 inches. Chokes: 0.009/0.017 inches (Improved Cylinder/Improved Modified). Proof: Winchester Proof. Stock Dimensions: Pull: 14 1/2 inches. Drop at comb: 1 7/16 inches. Drop at heel: 1 7/8 inches. Cast: None. Weight: 7 pounds (28-inch barrels). Condition: Excellent, as partially redone. Barrels show 98-99% bluing with a few marks. Excellent bright bores. Action and triggerguard show 99% bluing. Recoated stock shows a few light scratches on the left side and a small nick on the right side. Case in excellent condition, showing little use.
