Description
Andrew Jackson: Three Tokens. (1) AJACK-1832-1, 28mm, brass. The obverse features "Andrew Jackson," with the reverse decorated with a wreath and the inscription, "The Bank Must Perish/ The Union Must And Shall Be Preserved." (2) A pair of AJACK-1832-2, 28mm, brass. A military bust of Jackson adorns the obverses and reads, "And. Jackson President of the United States 1833." The reverses feature an eagle with the U.S. shield at its chest and the text "The Gallant & Successful Defender of N Orleans."Condition: AJACK-1832-1 has pitting and wear throughout, with the reverse side showing a divot at the center. The AJACK-1832-2 examples are worn with minor tarnish. In good condition overall.
