Abraham Lincoln: Gorgeous Railsplitter Medal in Silvered White Metal. Sullivan-DeWitt AL-1860-10, silvered white metal, 38 mm. We believe this is the finest example known of this medal in silvered white metal. It has beautiful rainbow toning on both sides and reflective devices. We seen quite a few of these and this is clearly the best! The provenance "ain't too shabby, either!" It was part of the Virgil Brand ("King of Coin Collectors") Collection sold by Bowers & Morena on June 20, 1990.Auction Info
