Garfield & Arthur: 39-Star U.S. Campaign Flag. 17" x 25 3/4" very nice, large 39-star campaign flag from 1880. Listed by Collins in Threads of History as #485 (in a smaller size). Housed in a custom frame to an overall size of 19" x 27 1/2". Has amazing display presence.Condition: Not examined out of frame. Reds a touch light but presents as clean as a whistle with deep rich blues and bright whites.
