William McKinley: Folk Art Parade Flag. 31" x 15.5" cotton banner with hand-painted lettering, reading: "I Can't Vote, But Father Can, Three Cheers for McKinley and Hobart." Apparently carried by a member of the juvenile set anxious to join in the fun!Condition: Minor scattered stains with insect holes, aging along fly end and small holes from being attached to a pole. Generally in very good condition.
