William H. Taft: Very Scarce Large Felt Campaign Pennant. Condition is excellent, with the blue color much less faded than usually seen on pennants of this type. Also free of the typical damage from moths and handling, retaining its sharp point at tip and all four tassels. Overall length 28". Nice Taft display item!Auction Info
