Townsend Plan: Large Silk Banner. 38" x 52" patriotic fabric banner with fringe and wooden dowel, dated 1940, inscribed "God Bless America with the Townsend Plan".Condition: Lacks one wooden finial, light damp stains lower left side, some minor gathering up.
