Prominent Presidential Seal surrounded by fifty stars measures 8" in diameter. Accompanied by a 4 1/4" x 6 3/8" signed card from a presidential appointee from the Joseph R. Biden administration attesting to authenticity.Condition: Colors are bright, vivid, and unfaded, flag is in excellent condition.
