Martin Van Buren: Rare 1840 Campaign Letterhead. 8" x 10" bifolium letter sheet with portrait of "Martin Van Buren" on the first leaf. Generally routine content on this post-election letter, but the writer can't resist some political references: "I have sent Mr. Van Buren with this letter after you, I don't know that but that you will give him the slip and wait for General Harrison."
