Description
Woman's Suffrage: Henry Ward Beecher Cabinet Cards. Three photo cabinet cards, one of the famous Henry Ward Beecher and two of his wife, Eunice White Beecher. Beecher was the younger brother of Harriet Beecher Stowe, author of Uncle Tom's Cabin, a prominent clergyman, abolitionist, and social reformer during the 1800s. One of his wife's cards has her name written in ink below her image. Each card measures 4.25" x 6.5" and is very good condition with some foxing and minor abrasions.Auction Info
