Lyndon B. Johnson: 1967 Christmas Gift Book. Mr. & Mrs. William Allen of San Antonio spent New Year's Eve in 1967-68 with President and Mrs. Johnson at Judge A. W. Mourand's Texas ranch. This is noted on the flyleaf of a book presented to the Allen's as a Christmas gift. It is titled: "No Retreat from Tomorrow: President Lyndon B. Johnson's 1967 Messages to the 90th Congress." The book is accompanied by a presentation letter from one of LBJ's special assistants.Auction Info
