Fantastic collection of material which includes the text of the speech JFK was to deliver at the Dallas Trade Mart on November 22, 1963, and an invitation to the welcome dinner with two welcome dinner tickets and the program. In addition are letters written by Lady Bird Johnson dated 1993, as well as a letter written by Connie Mack and a letter to former President Bill Clinton by Senator Ralph Yarborough. Lastly is a book about one of the last old time journalists Col. William Green Sterett which is autographed by the author Ted Dealey. The lot also comes with a letter from Dealey dated 1940 written to the person he autographed the book for. All proceeds to benefit educational programs at The Bryan Museum.
