Description
George Washington: Gentleman's Magazine. This lot has two bound volumes of "Gentleman's Magazine" for the years 1775 and 1787, both with modern bindings, ex-library. The 1775 volume is missing the maps, but has much Revolutionary War content including a diagram of the redoubt and entrenchment at Charles-Town or Bunker Hill. The 1787 volume prints the recently adopted United States Constitution and has a woodcut illustration of various coins and medals including a New Jersey copper of 1786.Auction Info
