Samuel Adams and John Hancock: Liverpool Jug with Thomas Jefferson Quote. 9" pitcher with "The Memory of Washington and the Proscribed Patriots of America" transfer on one side (green and yellow highlights), a three-masted ship flying a 15-star flag on the other and a Thomas Jefferson "No Entangling Alliances" quote beneath the spout (red, blue, and yellow highlights). The piece has had some professional restoration, most notably to the spout and base of the handle. There is wear or fading to the transfers and some yellowing to the coating near the top.
