John F. Kennedy: Texas Welcome Dinner Staff Badge Inserts. There are twenty-six [26] staff badge inserts in this lot. They measure 2.25" x 3.75" and were meant to be used at the Texas Welcome Dinner in Austin on November 22, 1963. They lack the plastic holder with pin.
