James G. Blaine: Three "Better" Ribbons. All three of these examples are in wonderful condition and range from a feathered "Plumed Knight" ribbon, to a gold-colored jugate welcoming Blaine and Logan to "The Home of Lincoln," to a coattail featuring the portrait of a hopeful. Sizes span from 1 1/2" x 9 1/4" (feather included) to 2 1/2" x 6 1/8". Wear is as expected with minor staining and loose threads at top and bottom edges. The feathers exhibit minor loss while retaining their fabulous blue and red colors. Overall, these ribbons are in excellent condition and would display quite well. No minimum bid.
