Description
Andrew Jackson: Portrait Campaign Ribbon. We believe this 1 1/2" x 5" silk ribbon dates from the election of 1832. It has an oval portrait inscribed "Honor to Whom Honor is Due". The additional imprint, "The Hero and Statesman. Andrew Jackson.", points to a campaign usage. Aside from two very faint horizontal folds, it is in excellent condition.Auction Info
