Lyndon Johnson's Diamond and Gold Longhorn Cufflinks, Benefiting Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. Truly breathtaking, this magnificent pair of cufflinks is in 14K yellow & white gold, each with a center trapezoid diamond (approximately .18 ct., FG VS1) and ten small diamonds on horns. The links come in a velvet case that is marked "Concord Jewelers, Bernard Hammerman". These cufflinks were a gift to President Johnson. This lot will be accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by Lynda Johnson Robb.A full 100% of the net proceeds will benefit the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at the University of Texas at Austin, in honor of the 2012 Centennial of Lady Bird Johnson's birth.
