Abraham Lincoln: Emancipation Proclamation Calligraphic Print. 20" x 26" (not counting frame) lithograph titled: "Emancipation Proclamation Issued January 1st 1863." The bottom scroll indicates: "The Original Designed and Executed Entirely in Pen by Gilman R. Russell Prof. of Penmanship". Lithographed by P. S. Duval of Philadelphia in 1865. Folded in sixths horizontally with 2" and 4 ½" vertical tears at top and bottom. Areas of discoloration, as shown. Not examined out of frame.Auction Info
