Description
Harry S Truman: Three Large Campaign Posters. A trio of large posters from 1948 include: a pair of 21" x 28" posters featuring the 1948 Democrats, titled "Secure the Peace" and "Homes for All" respectively. The Truman poster has minor edge wear, the Barkley example is excellent. These are accompanied by a 23.25" x 33.5" portrait poster having the famous Truman quotation, "Our Goal Must Be...Not Peace In Our Time-But Peace For All Time". The poster is mounted to a thin board with a few scattered abrasions, but overall presents quite nicely. A rare poster and first time offering for us.Condition: Overall fine.
