Woodrow Wilson: Popular Jewish Theme Jugate. 7/8" gold filigree jugate featuring portraits of Wilson and an orthodox Jewish man, inscribed: "President's Day Anniversary. The Jews Look To America For Help". Possibly issued in the wake of the Balfour Declaration of 1917 which gave hope for the establishment of Palestine as a Jewish homeland.
