William Howard Taft: Race of the Party Mascots Cartoon Pin. 2" button showing jockey Taft aboard the G.O.P. elephant winning the race against jockey Bryan aboard the Democratic donkey while "Voters" in the stands view the result. Taft carries TR's "Big Stick". Produced by F. F. Harl of St. Joseph, Missouri. Slight flattening of curl at 7 o'clock, extremely small cut above Bryan's head with faint, scattered mottling around the perimeter. Clean overall.From the Collection of David and Janice Frent
