Robert Taft: Extensive Hopeful Collection. Group of twenty-eight [28] campaign items for the hopeful known as "Mr. Republican". The buttons range in size from 3/4" to 4". These date from 1948 and 1952.Condition: Scattered moisture marks on the Alfred E. Newman button and one example of an 1 1/4" sepia picture pin; otherwise, very good or better. Some duplication.
