Description

Harry S Truman: Truman-Churchill Iron Curtain Speech. This 2" celluloid button made by the St. Louis Button Company was issued in 1946 during the visit by President Truman and Winston Churchill to Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. Churchill gave a memorable speech in which he warned of an "iron curtain" descending over the face of Europe. This souvenir of a truly memorable event is in mint condition.
