Description
EXTREMELY RARE TAFTSHERMAN MULTICOLOR JUGATE BUTTON. Not more than several examples are known of this elegant 7/8" design. This one is the plate specimen from the Hake book, and is Ex-U.I. "Chick" Harris Collection. Basically Choice, although for accuracy we note a couple of extremely minor small, light spots in the field to the right of Sherman’s portrait. The only example we can recall ever seeing offered for sale.
