Description
Dewey & Bricker: An Extremely Rare 6" Jugate Button. Unquestionably the top Dewey & Bricker jugate, and one of the very best of all Dewey button varieties. Unlike many larger-size celluloids which were made for display, this is a button to be worn, with original pin on verso. One of just several known examples. For accuracy we note a little trivial light staining at the bottom edge, just barely discernable when the button is viewed from the front. The cardboard insert on reverse is slightly warped and raised in a couple of places, easily repaired if one felt the need. From the Merrill C. Berman Collection.Auction Info
