Description

Alf Landon: Beautiful Tinted Button. One of the more standard buttons from Landon's 1936 campaign shows him beneath a "bower" of sunflowers. That comes in 7/8" and is sepia. This is a "sunflower of a different color". It is basically the same design produced as a 3/4" button with yellow, pink and green tinting. This is the only one we have seen and makes us wonder why more weren't made. It is in mint condition. This is the Hake book plate specimen.
