Description
Adlai Stevenson: Pair of 1956 Buttons. Two celluloid pinbacks for the Adlai Stevenson ticket from 1956. The first is a very rare 1 1/2" button promoting Stevenson for president, Estes Kefauver for vice president, and Bob Wagner for senator, issued for Local Union 99 of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union in New York. The second pin is a 3" Stevenson, Kefauver Worker celluloid.Condition: The 1 1/2" Union button is in excellent condition. The printing on the 3" button is faded with some toning to background.
