Description
Garfield & Arthur: Large Jugate Poster. 28" x 21 1/2" black & white lithograph published in 1880 by Shipman & Company of New York and printed by Donaldson Brothers of Five Points. It features large portraits of "Gen'l. James A. Garfield" and "Gen'l. Chester A. Arthur" with draped flags and an olive branch in-between. Some damp stains at top & bottom with a vertical strip of toning along the right side. Three faint vertical folds with some loss at upper right corner. Could be displayed as-is, but easily cleaned.
