Description
John Adams: Unsigned 19th Century Portrait. 21" x 25" oil on canvas depicting President John Adams. Not signed or dated but, judging from the stretcher and "look", likely executed in the 1830-1850 period. We are unaware of any restoration or repairs. Housed in a period gilt wood frame measuring 25" x 30" (some minor chipping of the gesso). A well-done piece of art.Auction Info
