Description
George Washington: Early Snuff Box. This 3 1/2" papier-mâché snuff box has an engraving of Washington encircled by leaves. We date it 1805-1815. There is a crack in the base, of no particular consequence; otherwise, it is a very clean example. This is the Hake book plate specimen.Auction Info
