Description
John F. Kennedy: Presidential Gift Cigarette Lighter. The first of the commissioned Presidential Gifts, this chrome ZIPPO lighter - one of likely fewer than forty made - was given by President Kennedy to only his closest friends and advisors in his first year in office. The last example was sold in an November 2010 Heritage auction for $4,800. This example is pristine and unused. It has a small sticker on the back of the cover with some notation which we have left in place, just in case we discover its significance.Auction Info
