Description
Franklin D. Roosevelt: White House Dinner Plates. Pair of 10.5" dinner plates. One has the numbers 1830/J479B by Lenox, and the other example reads "Exhibit collection For Lenox Inc. The White House 1934." Both plates are of a pale cream color with 48 gold stars (for the 48 states) within a narrow navy blue border, and gold scroll of a field of roses interspersed with feathers/plumes taken from the Roosevelt coat of arms. Both plates bears the Presidential Seal of the United States.Condition: Excellent condition.
