Description

Abraham Lincoln: Oversize Framed Hesler Photograph. 22" x 18" photograph (O-26) taken by Alexander Hesler at Springfield on June 3, 1860. The negatives were later acquired by George Ayres and reprints made in 1891 in various sizes, typically 7" x 9". This is the most desirable large size and is handsomely displayed in a solid walnut frame (not examined out of frame).
