Signed "A. Barboza", titled, and dated in ink on verso. A portrait of activist, artist, and writer Sister Souljah. Souljah came into the public spotlight after her controversial statements about the 1992 Los Angeles riots. Her comments gained the criticism of presidential candidate Bill Clinton. His remarks and the political fallout that occurred afterwards became known as a "Sister Souljah moment".


Condition: Lightly toned around the edges, and the upper left corner is creased. The untitled photograph is very good.
