Description
Robert E. Lee Oval Portrait. 3.375" x 4.5" (sight). An oval albumen portrait of Lee in uniform. Ink designation to mat below image in an unknown hand. No imprint or credit, but a striking example of the Confederate general. It has been handsomely matted and framed to the overall size of 11.5" x 14". Not examined outside of the frame.Condition: Retouched. Light scattered soiling to image and mat. Some light wear and chipping to frame.
