Mathew Brady Photograph of General Ulysses S. Grant and Staff at City Point, Virginia. June 1864. The albumen measures 7.75" x 5.5" on a Brady mount to an overall size of 10.5" x 8.2". Heavy crease to the mount going through the lower left corner of image, and a second crease at top center. Age toning and foxing on verso, with two revenue stamps. Pictured, standing left to right: Captain Henry W. James, General Grant, Major Michael Morgan, and Captain Peter Hudson. Seated, left to right: Colonel John A. Rawlins, Colonel Cyrus B.
