Sixth and Ninth Plate Daguerreotypes. Sixth plate daguerreotype of seated gentleman with most unusual eglomisé glass mat, a ninth plate portrait of a militia musician and a ninth plate portrait of a nattily-clad bearded gentleman, possibly from a Western state or territory. The musician is housed in a thermoplastic case, the balance are in embossed leather cases.Auction Info
