The following fifty lots are from the Donald P. Dow Collection of Vintage Photography.
Quarter and Half Plate Daguerreotypes. The quarter plate daguerreotypes include facing portraits of a young couple, facing portraits of an older couple and a single portrait of a young man. The half plate, by Collin's Gallery of Philadelphia, depicts Joseph H. Boswell and his wife Kate Dobson Boswell, both actors.
