Union Army General William Tecumseh Sherman Carte de Visite Signed "W. T. Sherman General." 2 ½ x 3 ¾ inches. A beautiful image of "the first modern General" posed in uniform seated with arms defiantly folded. Signed in the white of the lower margin. Brady & Co. studio mark on the verso. Includes a letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.Condition: A bright, sharp and clear image with a fine signature. Faint mounting remnants at the top corners of the verso.
