Description

Abraham Lincoln: Rare "Crew Cut" CDV. In February 1865, Lincoln was photographed by government employee Lewis Emory Walker. The portrait was made into CDV and stereo view formats and published with the Anthony imprint. The short haircut may have been taken in anticipation of Clark Mills making Lincoln's life-mask. Outside of a tiny blemish on Lincoln's forehead, it is in very fine condition.
