Description

Texas History Commemorative Coins. A total of 29 coins commemorating important events and historical figures in Texas history artfully displayed against a flag and framed with etched glass to an overall size of 36.5" x 29". The center coin was minted in 1986 to commemorate the Alamo, and was made using 16 ounces of fine silver (grade 999 silver - current value would be approximately $300). The display also includes 2 coins that are minted with two troy ounces of fine silver. Coins include: Battle of San Jacinto, Goliad Massacre, Siege and Fall of the Alamo, David Crockett, et al. These are modern commemorative coins.
