This was the infamous "trail of tears" begun in 1830 by the Andrew Jackson Administration as reported in a rare local Georgia newspaper with headlines such as: "CHEROKEE EMIGRATION", "SALE OF CHEROKEE LANDS", and "INDIANS NEAR HOME!!!!"Condition: Disbound, water stains, wear. A rare issue.
