Two pages, 11" x 15.75", [Texas]; May 12, 1888. With a large engraving of the new State Capitol in Austin. Additional illustrations and information on "The Largest Sailing-Vessel Afloat", the Palgrave. With numerous ads on verso.
The Tri-Weekly Telegraph. Two pages, 14.75" x 21.25", Houston; June 15, 1863. Issue Vol. XXIX, No. 39. With articles covering the Battle of Rappahannock and Hooker's recent triumph in battle.
The Tri-Weekly Telegraph. Two pages, 11.5" x 18", Houston; January 30, 1863. Issue Vol. XXVIII, No. 137. With articles entitled "Letter from Arkansas", "Letter from Rebel" and "The Future", and additional Civil War news.
All issues have flattened folds and additional creasing. Varying degrees of toning and soiling. Some areas of worm holing and chipping at the edges. All proceeds to benefit educational programs at The Bryan Museum.
