Rullmann in 1892 and printed by the Maverick-Clarke Litho Company, San Antonio. 19 x 17 inches. Promoting residential plots southeast of downtown, this map advertises the Grand View Addition, located near Lake Salado.

The lower margin features engraved vignettes of the Post Office, City Hall, and the Court House. Accompanying promotional text reads, in part: "The greatest and best bargains in Southwest Texas, only about three miles southeast of the post Office, being the centre of the largest, most thrifty and best city in the state...a market is close by for all the fruits, vegetables, berries or other products that can be raised...Streets from the city are now graded to within a short distance of these Garden Blocks, and two electric car lines are running within half mile of them...For further particulars please apply to J. V. Dignowity, or A. J. May, Over Texas National Bank, San Antonio, Texas."

Condition: Lightly toned with minor creasing. Edgewear mostly along the lower margin, including small chips and short tears confined to blank areas. A few small stains and minor areas of loss, with contemporary annotations in pencil and ink.
