An original compilation from public records, actual surveys and Engineers reports collected by us during the past 16 years. Produced by Bergen, Daniel, & Gracy Abstract Title Company. 30.25" x 35" (sight), matted and framed to an overall size of 43.25" x 49". Plat map showing land ownership in Austin and surrounding areas, with an inset view of the Austin Dam in the upper left corner. Originally issued with advertisements for local businesses around the margins, no longer present. A scarce printing, with only one other listing found in a catalog for Richard B. Arkway, Inc. Cohen & Taliaferro LLC with a retail price of $12,000 for an intact exemplar. Ex. Arader Galleries.Condition: Smoothed folds and creases, evenly toned. Possible restoration to central horizontal line at left. Small stain just below first horizontal fold, at left. A few annotations in pencil, likely updating new ownership status.
